Went back 5 pages to find the Klutz Klub thread and gave up, but I just wanted you all to know that I renewed my membership today.
Walked into Radio Shack, Navarre, stubbed the toe of my new white tennis shoes on the carpet and landed on the floor in front of the counter! Had my clunky laptop in a bag, my purse, and the package with the wireless card in it, and sprawled out on the floor right next to a very proper and well-dressed gentleman. Did I feel like an idiot? You betcha! He and the owner came to my rescue, but nothing was really hurt, except my pride! But, the old bones and muscles are sure aching tonight! With help, I managed to get myself off the floor and pulled back together. They got a chair for me to sit in (probably didn't want me to take another header!)
So, who else has renewed their membership lately? Dave? Linda? Don't think I ought to try to wear stilletos for the Mardi Gras parade if I can't stand up on tennis shoes.
Signing off now ... going to take a handful of Advil and call it a day.

  Oh no! How humilitating!
A woman here was walking down the ramp in the garage the other day. She had put her tennies on so she wouldn't fall. She fell and broke her leg!

Bubble wrap for my elbows and knees would be good! At least I guess my bones are good because I haven't broken any bones ...... YET!
I'm feeling every year of my age today .... had to scrape the ole bod out of bed this morning.

EBB you just need to go to a skate shop and get knee and elbow pads and a helmet and just wear them everywhere you go.

I am constantly doing something to myself.. I always have bruises on me.. and I never know where they come from.
I walk into the door frames all the time... and my wrists always seem to know where the door handles are. My toes have been battered quite a few times.. and I am sure that I have hit my head on the wall where our bed is more time then I can actually count. My knees are always bruied from running in to the coffee table... My Daily Klutziness... never ends.
Sorry to hear you took a header EBB.. glad you are okay. It's always embarrasing to do that kind of stuff in front of others.

don't feel bad eastbaybabe i came out of a cvs the other day and was stepping off the sidwalk and saw a big pile of ice and guess what ?
I stepped on it and flew into this gaint suv !! If someone saw it looked like i was getting frisked by a ghost cop. I almost took out his head light  the next day i was sore to say the least.

You should check into getting that security video. You MIGHT win!
