I heard some discussion on this the other night and thought I would take a PBT poll to find out what forumiteland thinks.

Wow, tough question. I love to watch any of these but probably watch more football than anything. Maybe it has something to do with fall weather and the cold winter and having a sport to pass the time when outside activities are over. Speaking from a TV spectator side.
But, I voted for baseball as the favorite because, well, it just is. Nothing better than warm weather, the ball park, cold ones, friends and a good group of folks sitting in the stands enjoying a summer night. Crack of the bat, the fun music and games with the crowd. Love it.

How about NASCAR, or just auto racing, and golf?

I am really surprised that Baseball has 6 votes and Football only 2. While I know Baseball has always been considered the Great American Pass time I think Football has really caught up a great deal with it. That was the discussion the talking heads were having when I started this poll.

I like football better but you didn't ask for my favorite pass time sport you asked what is America's and like I said above I saw a commercial that told me baseball is.
