good morning! it's a beautiful morning in LA - wonder if the people in the quarter are still celebrating?!
the waffle iron is out and ready, so help yourselves. all the usual sides and toppings, soda and fruit in fridge, and the coffee has just finished brewing.

Good snowy morning everyone! We have snow here AGAIN today!  We are supposed to get 5-6" by the time it's all said and done.

Another chilly day today. Is spring ever going to really get here? Sorry about all your snow, Phil. This has been a doozie of a winter, huh?
Not sure how my schedule is going to line up today. Have to call the doc to see when I can get Mom in for a follow up visit. She seems to be doing much better.
Gotta get busy .... have a great day all.

Whew got our meeting out of the way. It was all about legal mumbo jumbo and ways to protect ourselves in the course of business all the way through the job. Not exciting but unfortunately more necessary now than ever.
Hey Beache what's the weather like down there? On the radar it looks like you may be getting some snow or ice or something.

Still sore but she went to work.
I've been there and done what she did a bunch of times. Sometimes it's hard to know exactly what you did all of a sudden WHAM! You are in pain and all you can do is take it easy and wait for it to stop hurting. I'm sure it will be a couple of days at best.
Before it was such a pain in the arse to get them I had a couple of anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers tucked away for just such occassions. Those seemed to work best.
It relaxed the muscles and took the swelling down so the nerves weren't so sensitive.
